Carrigaline Community School

Opened in September 1981, and located in the beutifully wooded area near Warepark House Carrigaline Community School (CCS) was a significant milestone in the development of the satellite town of Carrigaline. It has facilitated the highest quality secondary education and adult education for the entire Carrigdhoun hinterland for over 20 years. CCS has earned the reputation of being a progressive school and has won many awards and acolades.
President of Ireland Mary McAleese spoke of the "wholesome contribution of CCS to the social, commercial, artistic, spiritual, sporting as well as educational framework of the community on her visit here in 2002.
