Welcome to the Carrigaline Community Complex Hot Desking where we wish to offer a flexible and affordable space for Local residents, students, entrepreneurs, visitors or anyone who needs a workspace with WIFI internet connectivity, printing facilities and privacy room for phone calls.

Hot desking hours

Monday-Friday 9.00am - 1.00pm


Price

€5.00 for up to 2 hours/€10.00 for the morning - 4 hours

Hot Desking Terms & Conditions


The Hirer hereby agrees to hire the facilities as specified and follow the guidelines to make the space an enjoyable experience for all.

·The term of hire is for the date and times booked and only to the person specified as the hirer. 
· We will notify the hirer with a desk number.
· You will pay the hire fee in advance.
· Keep your workspace clean and tidy, no food is allowed.
· The hirer will use the workspace with care and respect and is liable for any damage to the facilities or equipment.
· The Hirer must comply with all health and safety and fire regulations.
· You will not use the workspace for anything which is illegal, immoral, dangerous or offensive.
· We are not liable for any additional cost or expenses you may incur or for any loss of business, loss of profits, loss or damage to data, information, records, equipment or any third party claims or other consequential loss. It is your responsibility to take out your own insurance against such risks.
· Avoid leaving confidential documents or laptops open if you leave the space and keep personal items in your briefcase/bag instead of on the desk.
· Use of the adjoining privacy room for confidential phone calls and please give consideration to other users when on the phone etc.
· Please vacate desk when your allotted time is up.
· Please use the antibacterial wipes provided to clean down desk when you finish. The Carrigaline Community Complex keeps a documented cleaning rota on file.
· The Carrigaline Community Complex is not responsible for lost/stolen or broken items and all users are responsible for keeping their documents & laptop secure and their antivirus software up to date.
· Carrigaline Community Complex may terminate this agreement at any time with immediate effect if the terms and conditions set out here are not adhered to.


A Caretaker is on duty at all times, please ask for assistance if required.
